After 10+ years farming organic produce, I saw how good ideas struggle without the right strategy. Today, I help mission-driven leaders turn vision into action—through clarity, capital, and grounded strategy.
I’m a strategic leader focused on transforming agriculture through organic land stewardship and mission-driven finance.
With deep roots in farming and conservation, I’ve spent over two decades working alongside farmers, nonprofits, and impact investors to build resilient food systems and protect working lands. My work bridges the gap between on-the-ground realities and long-term strategy—helping land stewards thrive while aligning capital with impact.
Currently, I serve as Vice President of Farmer Relations at Iroquois Valley Farmland REIT, where I lead farmer engagement, lease and loan structuring, and strategic portfolio growth. I also serve on the board of Viva Farms, a nonprofit incubator supporting the next generation of diversified, organic growers.
In addition to my full-time role, I offer fractional Chief Strategy Officer services for mission-driven companies and organizations—particularly those in the regenerative, nonprofit, or B Corp space. Through this work, I help founders and executive teams clarify vision, align operations, and design strategy that grows with purpose.
